Beautiful morning in south Florida. Just completed 5 miles of quarter mile repeats. Fun in the beginning and than not so fun at the end. Running to go make the donuts. Need some lessons on how to post a photo. a little help please
Nice photo, a little scary. To post a photo you just click on the little greenish square at the top of the window when you are creating a new post. You then have to select the photo from files on your pc. So what to "quarter mile repeats" do for you?
